EnergyWise Construction Specifications

There is a long check-list of materials and things we must do for a home to pass EnergyWise specifications. We use only the highest quality insulation, windows, caulking materials and heating and cooling equipment. Here are just a few of the things we do to make sure your home is air tight and has the lowest power bill possible.

3.5″ open-cell spray-on polyurethane foam insulation in exterior walls. 6″ open-cell sprayed foam roof deck insulation.
